The appearance of your web site can make all the difference when trying to attract new clients. If you need an information-only web site with a professional look, A.D. Roso can get your site up and running.

Since there are still a good number of people using dial-up accounts, it's important to have a web site that loads quickly, otherwise a visitor will just go somewhere else. It's also important to consider different monitor sizes and the various pixel and color densities of a wide range of PC configurations.

For example, a site that contains many pictures will still load reasonably fast on a broadband Internet connection, but could take several minutes to load with a dial-up connection. Additionally, what may look great on a 17" monitor at 1024x768 resolution and 16.7 million colors might not look nearly as good on a 14" monitor at 640x480 resolution and 65,536 colors. This is not to say that every web site should be programmed to the "lowest common denominator", but these are considerations when designing and writing a web site.

The following are a few websites created by A.D. Roso in addition to adroso.com. These are professional sites currently up and running on the Internet and, in most cases, A.D. Roso was solely responsible for the sites' designs and content.
  • Please be careful not to submit any online forms within
these websites unless you truly intend to do so!
  • L.V. Indians (http://www.lvindians.com)
This is for a Pop Warner football association called the Lenape Valley Indians. This site utilizes a lot of pages within pages to allow visitors to browse through many external sites without ever leaving the Indians' site.

    Bucks County Republican Committee. (http://www.bucksgop.org)
This site was created with constant updating in mind, and also incorporates sophisticated user-requested pop-up windows that appear to be a single page, but are actually individual pages that can be modified independently.

    Wassmer & Hill, LLP (http://www.doylestownlaw.com)
A law office in Doylestown, PA, this is a good example of a site that contains all the information a prospective client would need, including practice areas, downloadable forms, and attorney biographies.
