    • NOTES: A.D. Roso resolves software or server issues (that is, problems unrelated to PC hardware, Windows, or viruses/spyware) on a limited basis only. A.D. Roso does not repair monitors, printers or Apple/Mac computers. Web Site Programming is limited to information-only sites and does not include e-commerce, flash or database sites at this time.





    On-site Rates:

  • Home & Small Office Networking and PC Repairs & Upgrades -

    $85.00 per hour (minimum one hour) plus sales tax, or
    $400.00 per day plus sales tax

    NOTES: Evening and weekend hours by appointment only. Does
    not include PC hardware, software, networking gear or wiring.

  • Emergency Service -

    $125.00 per hour (minimum one hour) plus sales tax

    Emergency Service is defined as a request for an immediate repair, upgrade or other on-site visit that would require A.D. Roso to cancel, postpone or abandon a scheduled appointment with another client, or your call is received outside of normal business hours and A.D. Roso is asked to come on-site immediately.

    NOTES: Does not include PC hardware, software, networking gear or wiring. A.D. Roso
    is not always available to take calls outside of normal business hours.

  • Home & Small Office Networking On-site Consultation Visit -

    $50.00 plus sales tax

    It is highly recommended that you schedule an on-site consultation visit when considering Home & Small Office Networking, but it is not required.

    NOTE: Evening and weekend hours by appointment only.

  • PC Repair or Upgrade On-site Evaluation -

    $50.00 plus sales tax

    A.D. Roso can come on-site to evaluate a PC for a repair or upgrade, and give you an honest assessment before you commit to spending money on a PC that's unrepairable, unable to be upgraded, or too costly to be either repaired or upgraded.

    NOTE: If, during an on-site PC evaluation, work is performed to repair or upgrade a PC, it will be charged at the regular on-site hourly rate instead (as described above), plus PC hardware and/or software (if applicable). Evening and weekend hours by appointment only.

    In-house Rates:

    It is sometimes necessary for A.D. Roso to work on a PC at his office, especially if the repair or upgrade involves a data backup or hard drive clone, or if further diagnosis is needed that can not be performed on-site. In most cases, A.D. Roso will pick up and drop off your PC at no additional charge.
  • PC Repairs & Upgrades (includes Data Backup services) -

    $65.00 per hour (minimum one hour) plus sales tax

    NOTE: Does not include PC hardware or software.

  • Operating System & Software Reload -

    $125.00 plus sales tax

    An Operating System & Software Reload is when a PC's hard drive is entirely erased, and Windows and other software (supplied by the client) is reloaded.

    NOTE: Does not include PC hardware, additional software or data backup.

  • $250 per day (minimum one day) plus sales tax

    NOTE: A.D. Roso does not create e-commerce, flash or database websites at this time.
